It's so inexpensive that I paid for the year, but now I've kind of forgotten which features are paid and which are free. ;) The report I've so far found most useful is the list of agents who requested similar things. I reorganized priority a few times based off it and have found a couple new agents from it.
I have QT and a spreadsheet (no one is surprised).
